This is a "fruit" pizza I saw this morning on the show "
The Doctors". They discussed different options on how to get your child to eat their entire lunch as well as eating healthy. The primary suggesstion for getting you child to eat their lunch is to include them in the decision/making process. Have them cut fruit or pick from different options. One suggesstion for a healthy option was this fruit pizza: whole wheat english muffin, yogurt, strawberries and blueberries. It looked so good, I just had to make it for myself. The show had other really good ideas for packing a kids (or for yourself) lunch that I'll share as the week progresses. Enjoy!
