The ranks are open to all: NEW and OLD, MALE and FEMALE, ALL BEACHBODY PROGRAMS and ALL LEVELS of TRANSFORMATION ARE WELCOME!

300 Challenge Rules:

1) You have to tell us what program you plan on doing over the next 90 days so we can help keep you focused and driven.

2) Post 0, 30, 60 and Halloween pictures with stats so we can all track each others progress.

3) Maybe most important, what are your strengths? A strong Spartan team takes each others strengths and we help you make them stronger.

4) Whare are your weaknesses? We will help each other to turn our weaknesses and make them stronger. Don't hide from them, be honest and we'll help each other. My weakness is commitment, that's why I started this thread. I need people to help me as much as I need to help others.

4) Pictures, Videos, Pictures, and more videos. Post them here, post them on facebook, twitter and youtube. Tag, tag and tag.

5) Quotes. Movie quotes, inspirational quotes, sayings that just get you pump up and ready for action. Whatever, just keep them coming.

6) Come back. No matter what just keep plugging into this group. Facebook, Beachbody, Twitter, or YouTube. We don't care just keep posting and don't feel guility if you miss a post or a workout. Do your best, forget the rest, and have fun.

How long are the workouts?

In good P90X tradition, the workouts will vary between 50 and 60 minutes.

What is the workout style and intensity?

In Volume 3, Tony experiments with different intensity levels. He mixes things up to keep your muscles guessing. But beware! Some moves are groundbreaking and have never been done before. In the excellently titled Disc 1, “Chest, Back & Balls”, Tony tests his personal limits with a Plyo Push-Up while balancing his feet and hands on stability balls. Unbelievable stuff. Don’t say we didn’t warn you…
