Joey's UMCL :0)

Today I created my own UMLC (Upper, Middle, Lower, Cardio).

Check it out:

Round 1:
1) Push-ups (max reps)
2) In & Outs (25)
3) Calf Raise Squats (30)
4) Interval Jacks (1 min)

Round 2:
1) Wide Push-ups (max)
2) Pfifer Scissors (14 reps, 15 seconds each rep)
3) 2-direction lunge (30)
4) Charleston Kicks (1 min)

Round 3:
1) Military Push-ups (Max)
2) Oblique V-ups (25)
3) 7 Card Pick-up
4) Circle Run

Round 4:
1) Plank hops Max reps, 3 fwd, 3 back)
2) Heals to the Heavens (25)
3) Super Skater (30)
4) 1,2,3, Heisman/Mummy Kicks (1 min)

Bonus Round:
1) Push-up Side Arm Balance (max)
2) Mason Twist (5 lb medicine ball, 25 reps)
3) Chair - Step Back alternating lunge (30)
4) Jump Rope (100 jumps)
