Service to the many....
I got this email from a friend of mine whom I coach, today on Facebook and I wanted to share my response. My friend/Beachbody Customer wrote:
"I'm just making excuses... Every night I go to bed saying "ok, tomorrow I'm gonna work out." Then tomorrow comes and I blow it off again. Blah!
How did you get through your body transformation without giving up?"
I replied:
My purpose was strong. I had a strong purpose during Power 90 (to lose 30 lbs), during P90X it was to get long, strong, lean muscles and then after that I stopped because I finished my 90 days. I had no purpose after I completed the program so I started to Yo-Yo. It wasn't until I committed to coaching (thanks to Traci Morrow and Tony Horton's NY Fitness Camp) and the discovery of my WHY (quit my job, go back to school for Phys Ed, and financial freedom) that drives me to workout. I have personally sponsored 24 other coaches and I have 900+ customers. That's my motivation to keep working out and pushing play. I help them stay committed by showing them it's possible. I help them, I get financially rewarded money, and I begin to achieve my WHY.

The more people you can help, your potential to being great increases. My own fitness is my vehicle to achieving that. It can be yours too. Serve the many...
Decide. Commit. Succeed.
